With its quality strategy for the products and services provided having proven itself, VoiceInteraction Portugal received NP EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality) and NP 4457:2007 (Research, Development and Innovation) certification for Design, Development, Implementation and Support for Systems based on Speech Processing Technology.

Therefore, the implementation of its system is aimed at creating suitable conditions from an organisational point of view, from management of its human resources and materials to its working processes and methods.

This was obtained under the scope of an RDT Nuclei project financed by QREN.
