Speech Analytics applied to Security
VoiceInteraction’ solutions for the security area have a strong background in ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (text to speech) technologies, delivering its ofering high potential and excellent quality standards.
In particular, in the area of speech analytics, the company has an integrated platform in which security intercepted call contents can be automatically transcribed (using automatic speech recognition technology) and segmented according to the speaker, allowing the creation of a multilevel representation of each locution in order to allow the research, either by spoken words or by specific speakers (who are known by the system at any moment).
This platform also offers users an intelligent tool to edit and correct automatic transcriptions that will allow the system to adapt cyclically and automatically to the type of content present in the recordings analyzed. Based on the edition data obtained from the users, the system is equipped with self-learning tools that will allow its adaptation in a cyclical and autonomous way to the type of contents present in the analyzed recordings, thus fulfilling all the data security and confidentiality requirements. The system also includes automatic content analysis tools to allow the detection of patterns and the automatic classification of the conversations.
This solution was born from a project called “Call Scriber”, carried out in partnership with the Judicial Police, with the purpose of transcribing telephone tapping.
