This Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data, whether we are in the process of helping you with our solutions, continuing our relationship with you, providing you with a service, receiving a service from you, to use your data to ask for assistance, or if you are visiting our site. Here we explain how we collect, use and process your personal data, and in doing so, how we comply with our legal obligations to you. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy rights of your data.
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of users of our websites, customers, partners and suppliers and any and all persons or entities who may contact us in order to find out more about our solutions and offerings. For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation (including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation, see Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - RGPD). Please note the timely possibility of changing this Privacy Policy. If you wish to stay current, please visit this page, as all changes will be posted here. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our Privacy Policy, you may benefit from legal rights and, where applicable, these have also been described. This Privacy Policy applies in the relevant countries of our international network. Different countries may approach data privacy in slightly different ways. You should consult the legislation in force in your country of jurisdiction.
Collection of Personal Data
In this topic, we answer a set of relevant questions that cover, in large part, the most frequent questions about data management of clients, partners, suppliers or third parties, whose data we receive during normal business activity.
Type and form of collection of collected data
The personal information collected by us during contacts or information initiatives is very small. Typically placed by email or through the communication forms present on our websites, they result in the collection of the name of the person or entity issuing the request and the contact email for future talks. This information is mandatory and should be consensual to allow your registration and response, if it is timely. All contacts not classified as relevant to VoiceInteraction are promptly deleted. We are not responsible if more personal data than indicated above are shared with us. We do not seek or store addresses, tax numbers, telephone contacts or resumes of individuals or entities. All data coming to us is not and will not be shared with any individual personnel or entity external to VoiceInteraction.
Safeguarding Personal Data
The protection of your information is important to us, which is why we apply appropriate measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to and improper use of your personal data. Each department has access only to data that pertains to it or may be useful.
Even if we are already in possession of your personal data, you still have several rights in relation to them. To get to know them, contact us. We will attempt to process your request without undue delay and in all cases in accordance with the requirements of any applicable law. Please note that we may keep a record of your communications to help us resolve any issues you may have.
Right to object: If we are using your data as we consider it necessary for our legitimate interests and do not agree, you have the right to object. We will respond to your request within 30 days (although in certain cases we may be allowed to extend this deadline). As a general rule, we will only disagree with you if certain limited conditions apply.
Right to withdraw consent: If we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for certain activities or consent for marketing purposes for you, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Data Holder Access Request (PATD): To be clear, you have the right to ask us at any time to confirm the information we have about you and you may ask us to change, update or delete this information. At this point, we can satisfy your request or, in addition, take one of the following actions: we may ask you to verify your identity or request more information about your request; if we can legally do so, we may deny your request, but we will explain the reasons for doing so.
Right to delete: In certain situations (for example, if we have improperly processed your data), you have the right to ask us to "delete" your personal data. We will respond to your request within 30 days (although in certain cases we may be allowed to extend this deadline) and will only disagree with you if certain limited conditions apply. If we agree to your request, we will delete your data, but we will generally assume that you will prefer us to keep a note of your name on our register of people who prefer not to be contacted. In this way, we will reduce the chances of being contacted in the future when your data is collected in unrelated circumstances. If you prefer not to, you can say so.
Right to data portability: If you wish, you have the right to transfer your data from us to another data controller. We will collaborate on this transfer - transferring your data directly to you or providing you with a copy in an automatic read-only format in common use.
Right to complain to a supervisory authority: You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
